Clients of GrowthPulsePro may cancel their service subscriptions by providing a 30-day written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, GrowthPulsePro does not generally offer refunds once a project has commenced or a campaign has been launched. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
